Jason with Smart Homes of East Tennessee did a superb job for me today. I bought a new router, but couldn't get it to work. Jason figured out that the problem was actually with my modem, and once I replaced that, he got my internet up and running again. Not only is he very proficient, but he was able to get to my house the day after I contacted him. I highly recommend him.
